My family has purchased a number of small commercial properties as well as single and multi-family properties over the years.  I have gained a great deal of knowledge watching and participating with them in the buying, fixing and selling of homes in the last 20 years.  I have done this for myself since 2003.

I have dealt with the Bankruptcy Court releasing properties, Mortgage Companies, Attorneys, Title Companies, Banks, Investors, Note Brokers, Servicing Companies and so many individuals who are going through difficult times. 

I can custom tailor a mentor program for you to get you started on your real estate investing career.  You can invest on a part-time or full-time basis.  I will give you the tools and resources to purchase properties that you can hold for the long term or flip quick.  Either way, you will be on your way to investing in real estate.
