Need to Invest $$$

I purchase properties in a slightly unconventional way.  I do not always have time to go to the bank.  Sometimes the properties that I buy are in need of repair and banks will not lend money on them.  This is where you would come in.  I borrow money all the time.  I pay in the range of 8-15% for my money.  The reason for this is that the money is available in just a couple of days notice.  Also, I have already done my homework when borrowing the money.  The lender knows me, looks over the comps, and they know what the property is going to be worth when the repairs have been done.

There is a range of investment needs that go from short term, 3-6 months, up to long term of 3-5 years.  Whatever you are looking for, I am sure there is a need that you can fill.
