Introduction

   Hi, my name is Rick Pozos.  I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. I have spent most of my life here in San Antonio, graduating from Jefferson High School ('86) and University of Texas - San Antonio ('91 BS-Finance).  I am a real estate investor.  I purchase properties for myself in a number of creative ways.  Most of my properties are purchased with little or no money down.  Just like all the TV infommercials claim to show you, I ACTUALLY DO IT.  I also help new investors and guide them through the investment process.  I have a Mentor program where I can show you all you need to know to get started and to have a rewarding career in real estate investments. 

Sometimes I wholesale properties to other investors.  This is where YOU can find a great bargain.  I like finding, buying and fixing properties.
